Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

1 ball burrata cheese

2 tablespoons honey

¼ cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh basil or mint leaves (optional)

¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Lightly brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil.

Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill.

Grill for 3–4 minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches begin to soften.

Remove the peaches from the grill and arrange them on a serving platter.

Place the burrata in the center of the platter or between the peach halves.

Tear the burrata slightly so the creamy center is exposed.

Drizzle honey generously over the peaches and burrata.
