Description

Ground Beef & Eggs is a hearty, protein-rich one-pan dish made with seasoned ground beef and perfectly cooked eggs. It’s quick to prepare, budget-friendly, and easy to customize for any meal of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef and break it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using. Stir to combine.
  6. Create small wells in the beef mixture and crack one egg into each well.
  7. Cover the skillet and cook for 4–6 minutes, or until eggs are set to your liking.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and serve immediately.

Notes
