Description

Guinness Dubliner Dip is a rich and creamy appetizer made with sharp Dubliner cheese, smooth cream cheese, and bold Guinness stout. This easy Irish-inspired cheese dip is perfect for parties, game days, or special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Dubliner cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Guinness stout (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chives, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add shredded Dubliner cheese and mix well.
  3. Gradually pour in the Guinness stout, stirring until the dip becomes creamy and smooth.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Mix until fully combined.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.
  8. Garnish with fresh chives before serving if desired.
