For the Tzatziki Sauce

Instructions

Prepare the meat mixture:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef with garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the seasonings are evenly distributed. -
Cook the meat:
