Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 oz cream cheese (for decorating spiderweb)
- Plastic or edible spiders for decoration (optional)
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream with taco seasoning until fully combined.
- Spread the refried beans evenly as the bottom layer on a large platter or shallow serving dish.
- Layer the seasoned sour cream over the beans.
- Add a generous layer of guacamole over the sour cream.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the guacamole.
- Top with diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
- Soften cream cheese slightly, place it in a piping bag or plastic bag with a snipped corner, and pipe concentric circles over the dip.
- Use a toothpick to drag lines outward from the center to create a spiderweb design.
- Optionally, place a plastic or edible spider in the center for decoration.
- Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
