- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy. Be careful not to overmix.
- Stir in the drained crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows. Optionally, add shredded coconut and chopped nuts for extra flavor and texture.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to firm up.
