Ingredients

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, drained pineapple (reserve 1/4 cup of juice), cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cooked rice, frozen peas (if using), soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
