Description

This Healthy Shamrock Shake is a creamy, naturally sweetened mint smoothie made with banana, spinach, and milk. Packed with nutrients and vibrant green color, this healthy shamrock shake is a refreshing, guilt-free alternative to the classic treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint extract or 56 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)

Instructions
