Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract or 5–6 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana, milk, spinach, mint extract or fresh mint, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder shake, then blend again until well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or mint flavor as needed.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
