Ingredients

- Raw cashews
- Raw hazelnuts or walnuts
- Water
- Dates or maple syrup
- Vanilla extract

Instructions
- Soak nuts in water for 6–8 hours or overnight.
- Drain and rinse thoroughly.
- Add soaked nuts to a blender with fresh water, dates or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
