House Blend Homemade Nut Milk is a creamy, dairy-free alternative made with almonds, cashews, and hazelnuts. This easy homemade nut milk recipe is naturally sweet, customizable, and free from additives—perfect for coffee, smoothies, and everyday use.


Ingredients

  • Raw almonds
  • Raw cashews
  • Raw hazelnuts or walnuts
  • Water
  • Dates or maple syrup
  • Vanilla extract
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Soak nuts in water for 6–8 hours or overnight.
  • Drain and rinse thoroughly.
  • Add soaked nuts to a blender with fresh water, dates or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
  • Transfer to a clean jar or bottle.
  • Chill before serving and shake well before use.
