Description

KIND Frozen Treat Bars are creamy, crunchy, no-bake frozen snacks made with wholesome ingredients like roasted nuts, yogurt or coconut cream, and dark chocolate. They’re a healthier alternative to traditional frozen desserts and perfect for a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts or cashews, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt or coconut cream (for dairy-free)
  • 12 teaspoons honey or vanilla (for sweetening the yogurt layer)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (for melting chocolate)
  • Optional: shredded coconut, chia seeds, or dried fruit bits for topping or mixing

Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan or small baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped almonds and peanuts with melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Press the nut mixture evenly into the bottom of the lined pan. Freeze for 10 minutes to firm up.
  4. In a separate bowl, stir together Greek yogurt or coconut cream with honey or vanilla until smooth and lightly sweetened.
  5. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the chilled nut layer. Freeze for 30–45 minutes until set.
  6. Melt dark chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon coconut oil until smooth. Drizzle or spread over the frozen yogurt layer.
  7. Return to the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until fully firm.
