  • 1 lb sirloin steak or flank steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish)
