Description

Low Carb Chicken Divan is a creamy, cheesy casserole made with tender chicken and broccoli in a rich, low-carb sauce—perfect for keto or gluten-free diets without sacrificing comfort or flavor.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded or diced chicken
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly steam broccoli florets for 3–4 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the shredded chicken and steamed broccoli to the bowl. Stir to coat everything evenly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and optional Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
