Description

A creamy, cheesy baked chicken dish that stays moist and tender thanks to a parmesan-mayo coating. This melt in your mouth chicken is simple, comforting, and perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
