Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
