Ingredients
- Chicken pieces (bone-in or boneless)
- Buttermilk

Instructions

- In a saucepan, mix some hot frying oil with brown sugar, chili powder, cayenne, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Brush or spoon the spicy oil over the fried chicken generously.
