These No-Bake Chia Seed Energy Bars are a wholesome, nutrient-packed snack made with oats, chia seeds, nut butter, and natural sweeteners. 1 ½ cups rolled oats

½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter

⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup mini chocolate chips

⅓ cup chopped almonds or walnuts
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, chopped nuts, and mini chocolate chips.

In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the peanut butter and honey or maple syrup until smooth and easy to stir.

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.

Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients.

Stir thoroughly until everything is evenly coated and well combined.
