Description

No-Bake Kahlua Balls are rich, chocolatey bite-sized treats infused with coffee liqueur. With a truffle-like texture and bold flavor, they make the perfect boozy dessert for holidays, gifting, or parties.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
  • 3 tbsp corn syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Extra cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or chopped nuts for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts. Mix well.
  2. Add Kahlua, corn syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined and sticky.
  3. Scoop out small amounts and roll into 1-inch balls using your hands.
  4. Roll each ball in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or finely chopped nuts to coat.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Store chilled until ready to serve. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
