Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 cup Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
- 3 tbsp corn syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Extra cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or chopped nuts for rolling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts. Mix well.
- Add Kahlua, corn syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined and sticky.
- Scoop out small amounts and roll into 1-inch balls using your hands.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or finely chopped nuts to coat.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Store chilled until ready to serve. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
