Notes
Freeze-dried strawberries work best because they provide strong flavor without adding extra moisture. If the mixture becomes sticky, chill it for a few minutes before rolling. For extra texture, roll the balls in crushed graham crackers or coconut flakes.Greek yogurt can replace part of the cream cheese for a lighter version.Adjust sweetness by adding a little more honey or maple syrup if desired.
