Description

These No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are a creamy, sweet, and protein-packed snack made with oats, vanilla protein powder, freeze-dried strawberries, and cream cheese. With the flavor of strawberry cheesecake in a convenient bite-sized treat, they are perfect for meal prep, post-workout snacks, or a healthier dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder

  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2–3 tablespoons milk or almond milk

  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.

  • In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.

  • Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients.

  • Stir well until a thick dough forms.

  • Fold in the white chocolate chips.

  • If the mixture feels too dry, add a small splash of milk until the dough holds together easily.

  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into bite-sized balls.

  • Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray.

  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.

  • Transfer the protein balls to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

Freeze-dried strawberries work best because they provide strong flavor without adding extra moisture. If the mixture becomes sticky, chill it for a few minutes before rolling. For extra texture, roll the balls in crushed graham crackers or coconut flakes.Greek yogurt can replace part of the cream cheese for a lighter version.Adjust sweetness by adding a little more honey or maple syrup if desired.
