No-Bake Strawberry Lemonade Oreo is a bright, refreshing dessert that layers crushed Golden Oreos, tangy lemon cream, and sweet strawberries in a cool, creamy treat. Perfect for summer gatherings, it’s easy to make and doesn’t require an oven.
Ingredients
- 24 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree or finely chopped strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
- Optional garnish: extra crushed Oreos, fresh strawberries, lemon zest or slices
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 or 9×9-inch pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Beat until creamy.
- Fold in whipped topping or whipped cream until light and fluffy.
- Gently swirl or fold in the strawberry puree or chopped strawberries.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with extra crushed Oreos, fresh strawberries, or lemon zest if desired.

Use a food processor for fine Oreo crumbs or crush cookies in a sealed bag with a rolling pin.Homemade whipped cream can be used in place of whipped topping.Store in the fridge for best texture — do not freeze.Chill overnight for firmer slices.Use a pre-made crust in a pinch, but Golden Oreo base offers the best flavor balance.
