Description

No-Bake Strawberry Lemonade Oreo is a bright, refreshing dessert that layers crushed Golden Oreos, tangy lemon cream, and sweet strawberries in a cool, creamy treat. Perfect for summer gatherings, it’s easy to make and doesn’t require an oven.


Ingredients

  • 24 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree or finely chopped strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • Optional garnish: extra crushed Oreos, fresh strawberries, lemon zest or slices

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter. Mix well.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 or 9×9-inch pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Beat until creamy.
  5. Fold in whipped topping or whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  6. Gently swirl or fold in the strawberry puree or chopped strawberries.
  7. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until set.
  9. Before serving, garnish with extra crushed Oreos, fresh strawberries, or lemon zest if desired.

Notes

Use a food processor for fine Oreo crumbs or crush cookies in a sealed bag with a rolling pin.Homemade whipped cream can be used in place of whipped topping.Store in the fridge for best texture — do not freeze.Chill overnight for firmer slices.Use a pre-made crust in a pinch, but Golden Oreo base offers the best flavor balance.
