Nutella Hot Chocolate is a rich, creamy drink made with warm milk and the chocolate-hazelnut flavor of Nutella — perfect for cozy nights or chilly days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 4 tbsp Nutella or chocolate-hazelnut spread
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional, for extra chocolate flavor)
- 1–2 tsp sugar or sweetener (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, mini marshmallows, chocolate shavings, Nutella drizzle
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat.
- Add Nutella and whisk until melted and fully combined with the milk.
- If using, whisk in cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Continue to heat, whisking occasionally, until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate intensity as desired.
- Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream, marshmallows, or other toppings if desired.
