Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 16 oz Olive Garden Italian dressing
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 lb penne or rotini pasta, cooked
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Pour Olive Garden Italian dressing over the chicken.
- Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours, or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir into the creamy sauce.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain.
- Serve the creamy chicken mixture over pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
