Description

Oreo Pie is a no-bake dessert that combines the iconic flavor of Oreos with a creamy, rich filling. Featuring a crunchy Oreo crust, velvety pudding filling, and topped with more crushed Oreos for added crunch, this easy-to-make pie is perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re hosting a party or simply craving something sweet, Oreo Pie is sure to please Oreo lovers everywhere!

Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1 package (about 15-18) Oreo cookies, crushed

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (8 oz) tub of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For topping:

  • ¼ cup crushed Oreos (for topping)

Instructions

  • Make the crust: In a food processor or plastic bag, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Freeze the crust while preparing the filling.

  • Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat again until combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth and fully combined.

  • Fold in whipped topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping into the cream cheese-pudding mixture until smooth.

  • Assemble the pie: Remove the crust from the freezer and pour the filling into the crust. Spread evenly with a spatula to smooth the top.

  • Chill the pie: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to set and firm up.

  • Top with crushed Oreos: Before serving, sprinkle the top of the pie with the remaining crushed Oreos for added crunch.

  • Serve and enjoy! Slice and serve the chilled, creamy Oreo Pie

Notes

You can use regular Oreos or Golden Oreos for the crust, depending on your preference. For an even richer flavor, consider adding extra crushed Oreos into the filling. If you prefer homemade whipped cream, substitute it for Cool Whip. The pie can be made ahead of time, which makes it ideal for busy schedules or party prep
