Description
Peach Brie Flatbread is a simple yet elegant dish featuring creamy Brie cheese, sweet peaches, and fresh herbs on a crispy flatbread base. It’s perfect for a summer appetizer, light meal, or casual entertaining.
Ingredients
- 2 store-bought flatbreads or naan
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- 6 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
- 2 fresh peaches, thinly sliced
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup blackberries or other berries (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- 1/2 cup arugula or other greens (optional)
- Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
- 1–2 tbsp honey or hot honey, for drizzling
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios or nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with minced garlic if using.
- Arrange slices of Brie, peaches, red onion, and blackberries over each flatbread.
- Bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is golden.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil and arugula.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, drizzle with honey or hot honey, and add pistachios if desired.
- Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
Notes
Use naan, pita, or pizza dough as flatbread alternatives.Best served fresh out of the oven for optimal texture.Swap out fruit and herbs to customize to your taste.
