Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup coconut milk or coconut cream
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
Instructions
- Add frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if a thicker texture is desired and blend again.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Use full-fat coconut milk for a creamier texture, or light coconut milk for fewer calories.Fresh pineapple can be used, but add extra ice for thickness.To make it an adult drink, add a splash of rum before blending.
