Description

A Pina Colada Smoothie is a tropical, creamy blend of pineapple, coconut, and banana that delivers island vibes in every sip. Naturally sweet and nutrient-rich, it’s perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a healthy dessert alternative.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut milk or coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if a thicker texture is desired and blend again.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use full-fat coconut milk for a creamier texture, or light coconut milk for fewer calories.Fresh pineapple can be used, but add extra ice for thickness.To make it an adult drink, add a splash of rum before blending.
