Description

Pineapple Delight is a refreshing and creamy no-bake dessert that perfectly balances sweet pineapple with a smooth, fluffy filling. Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (drained)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press it evenly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish. Set aside.

  • Make the Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract and mix until well incorporated. Gently fold in whipped topping and then stir in the drained crushed pineapple.

  • Assemble the Dessert: Spread the pineapple mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.

  • Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours or until fully set. Once chilled, cut into squares and serve.
