Description

Pineapple passion fruit tea is a tropical, fruity drink that blends the sweetness of pineapple with the tangy brightness of passion fruit, infused with tea for a refreshing and vibrant beverage perfect for any time of year.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 black or green tea bags (or herbal tea for caffeine-free)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (100% pure)
  • 1/2 cup passion fruit juice or concentrate
  • 12 tablespoons sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, or simple syrup), to taste
  • Ice, for serving
  • Optional garnish: pineapple slices, fresh mint, passion fruit seeds, or lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil and steep tea bags for 5–7 minutes, depending on desired strength.
  2. Remove tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the cooled tea with pineapple juice and passion fruit juice.
  4. Add sweetener to taste and stir until dissolved.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until well chilled.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with pineapple slices, mint, or other desired toppings.
