This pistachio oat milk latte is a creamy, dairy-free coffee drink made with rich espresso, smooth oat milk, and nutty pistachio flavor. Perfect for a cozy homemade café-style latte, hot or iced.
Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1–2 tablespoons pistachio syrup or pistachio paste
- 1–2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or sugar (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Crushed pistachios (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Brew espresso or prepare strong coffee.
- Heat oat milk in a saucepan or microwave until warm (do not boil).
- Stir in pistachio syrup or paste and sweetener if using. Mix well.
- Froth the milk mixture using a frother or whisk until creamy.
- Pour espresso into a mug.
- Add the pistachio oat milk mixture over the espresso.
- Spoon foam on top and garnish with crushed pistachios if desired.
