Description

This pistachio oat milk latte is a creamy, dairy-free coffee drink made with rich espresso, smooth oat milk, and nutty pistachio flavor. Perfect for a cozy homemade café-style latte, hot or iced.


Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 12 tablespoons pistachio syrup or pistachio paste
  • 12 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or sugar (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Crushed pistachios (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Brew espresso or prepare strong coffee.
  • Heat oat milk in a saucepan or microwave until warm (do not boil).
  • Stir in pistachio syrup or paste and sweetener if using. Mix well.
  • Froth the milk mixture using a frother or whisk until creamy.
  • Pour espresso into a mug.
  • Add the pistachio oat milk mixture over the espresso.
  • Spoon foam on top and garnish with crushed pistachios if desired.
  • For Iced Version:
    8. Fill a glass with ice, pour in espresso, then add cold pistachio oat milk mixture.
