Ingredients
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)

- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pistachio pudding mix with the entire can of crushed pineapple (including juice). Stir until blended.
