Description

A creamy, fluffy, and refreshing no-bake dessert made with pistachio pudding, crushed pineapple, whipped topping, marshmallows, and nuts. This nostalgic treat is perfect for potlucks, BBQs, and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine pistachio pudding mix with the entire can of crushed pineapple (including juice). Stir until blended.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut (if using).
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Top with maraschino cherries and extra nuts before serving.
