Ingredients

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced (optional)

- 1 cup corn (canned, drained or thawed if frozen)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Stir in red bell pepper, jalapeño, black olives, corn, and shredded cheddar.
- Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
