Description

Poolside dip is a creamy, flavorful appetizer made with cream cheese, ranch seasoning, vegetables, and shredded cheese. It’s refreshing, easy to make, and perfect for summer gatherings, barbecues, or poolside snacking.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
  • 1 cup corn (canned, drained or thawed if frozen)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  2. Stir in red bell pepper, jalapeño, black olives, corn, and shredded cheddar.
  3. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Garnish with green onions before serving.
  6. Serve chilled with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes
