Description

Pretzel Hugs are quick, bite-sized sweet-and-salty treats made with mini pretzels, Hershey’s Hugs, and M&M’s. Perfect for holidays, parties, or everyday snacking, they’re fun to make and easy to customize with seasonal colors and flavors.

Ingredients

  • 40 mini pretzel twists or squares
  • 40 Hershey’s Hugs (or Kisses)
  • 40 M&M’s (seasonal or classic)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Unwrap Hershey’s Hugs and place one on top of each pretzel.
  5. Bake for 4–6 minutes, until the Hugs are softened but not melted.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately press one M&M into the center of each softened Hug.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature or place in the refrigerator until fully set (15–30 minutes).
  8. Once firm, store in an airtight container or serve.

Notes

Use colored M&M’s to match any holiday or theme.Substitute Hugs with Kisses or flavored chocolates.Press a pecan half instead of an M&M for a turtle-inspired version.Refrigerate if your kitchen is warm to prevent melting.Kids can help assemble—but adults should handle the oven.
