Ingredients

- 1 cup Russian dressing
- 1 cup apricot preserves or jam

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer in the prepared dish.
- In a bowl, mix together Russian dressing, apricot preserves, and dry onion soup mix until well combined.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken to coat each piece.
