Instructions
- Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

- Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker, stir to coat, and cook on high for an additional 15–20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice, noodles, or steamed vegetables. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
