Finished with a torch or broiler for that signature toasted flavor, these portable cups bring campfire nostalgia to any party or gathering.

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate (or 3 tbsp cocoa powder)
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows or 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • Optional: dark chocolate chunks for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened.
  2. Spoon crust mixture into serving cups or jars, pressing gently to form the base.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla, and melted chocolate (or cocoa powder). Mix until creamy and well combined.
  4. Spoon or pipe the chocolate cheesecake filling evenly over the graham crust.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows or marshmallow fluff.
