S’mores Mug Cake is a warm, gooey, single-serve dessert that transforms classic campfire flavors—graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows—into a quick and easy microwave treat. Perfect for when you’re craving something sweet in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 2–3 tablespoons mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a 10–12 oz microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil or butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and combined.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the top of the batter.
- Add chocolate chips on top of the crumbs.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute and 15 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds, until the cake is set and marshmallows are puffed.
- Let cool for 1–2 minutes and enjoy warm straight from the mug.
Notes
