S’mores pops are a fun, handheld version of the classic campfire treat made with marshmallows dipped in chocolate and coated with graham cracker crumbs. Easy, kid-friendly, and perfect for parties or dessert tables.
Ingredients
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips or melting chocolate (milk, dark, or white)
- 12 lollipop sticks or wooden skewers
Instructions
- Insert a lollipop stick or skewer into each marshmallow.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each marshmallow halfway into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Roll or sprinkle the dipped marshmallow with graham cracker crumbs to coat the chocolate.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray to set and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until chocolate hardens.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
