Description

The Starbucks Iced White Mocha is a sweet and creamy coffee beverage made with espresso, white chocolate sauce, and cold milk, served over ice. This homemade recipe lets you enjoy this refreshing and indulgent drink with just a few ingredients and minimal prep time.


Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee)
  • 3 tablespoons white chocolate sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole, skim, almond, oat, or your choice of milk)
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1.  the espresso shot using an espresso machine or  strong cup of coffee if you don’t have an espresso machine. For a more authentic taste, espresso is preferred, but strong coffee will also work.
  2. In a small cup, combine the brewed espresso with the white chocolate sauce. Stir well until the chocolate sauce is fully dissolved into the espresso.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the white chocolate espresso mixture over the ice.
  4. Pour the milk into the glass and stir to combine with the espresso and chocolate sauce. Adjust the amount of milk for a stronger or creamier drink.
  5. If desired, top your iced white mocha with whipped cream and drizzle extra white chocolate sauce on top.
  6. Stir again before serving and enjoy your homemade iced white mocha!

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk instead of regular milk.Adjust the sweetness by adding more white chocolate sauce or flavored syrups like vanilla or caramel.For a frozen version, blend the ingredients with ice to create a slushier texture.For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, or vanilla syrup.For a decaf version, use decaffeinated espresso or coffee.
