Ingredients
- 1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee)
- 3 tablespoons white chocolate sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup milk (whole, skim, almond, oat, or your choice of milk)
- Ice
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- the espresso shot using an espresso machine or strong cup of coffee if you don’t have an espresso machine. For a more authentic taste, espresso is preferred, but strong coffee will also work.
- In a small cup, combine the brewed espresso with the white chocolate sauce. Stir well until the chocolate sauce is fully dissolved into the espresso.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the white chocolate espresso mixture over the ice.
- Pour the milk into the glass and stir to combine with the espresso and chocolate sauce. Adjust the amount of milk for a stronger or creamier drink.
- If desired, top your iced white mocha with whipped cream and drizzle extra white chocolate sauce on top.
