Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2–3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake pudding mix (dry)
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, to prevent bananas from browning)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add dry cheesecake pudding mix and slowly mix in cold milk until well combined and thickened.
- Fold in whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract if using.
- Toss sliced bananas with lemon juice (if using) to prevent browning.
- Gently fold strawberries and bananas into the cheesecake mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Stir gently before serving and garnish with additional fruit if desired.
