Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare and bake your pie crust according to package or recipe instructions. Let it cool completely.
- Wash, hull, and halve the strawberries. Arrange them neatly in the cooled pie crust.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and water. Whisk until smooth.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and clear.
- Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry Jello powder until completely dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool slightly for 10–15 minutes.
- Carefully pour the Jello mixture over the strawberries in the crust, ensuring even coverage.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream if desired.
