  • 1 block (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, cut into 56 cubes

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil

  • Pizza sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

  • Prepare Ingredients: Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round. Place a slice of pepperoni and a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.

  • Assemble Bites: Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal. Place each sealed biscuit seam-side down in the baking dish.

  • Season: Brush the tops with melted butter or olive oil, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

  • Bake: Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Serve: Let cool slightly and serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
