- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the turkey wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Place the wings in a large bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss to coat. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

- Place the turkey wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness. The wings should be golden and crispy with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the wings from the air fryer, let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley if desired. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before seasoning, and lightly spray them with cooking spray. These wings can be brushed with a glaze (e.g., honey, barbecue sauce, or teriyaki) during the last 5 minutes of cooking for extra flavor. For a spicier kick, increase cayenne pepper or add chili powder.Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes to crisp them up again.
