1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce

1 (16 oz) package spaghetti

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

½ cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions, drain, and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart until browned and fully cooked.

Drain any excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the beef mixture and toss to combine. Stir in sour cream and ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and well distributed.
