Description

This triple berry cobbler is a warm, comforting dessert made with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries topped with a golden, buttery crust. An easy homemade cobbler recipe perfect for any season and best served with ice cream.


Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen, sliced)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • ½ cup milk
  • 12 tablespoons sugar (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, granulated sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Pour berry mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in milk until a soft dough forms.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough over the berry filling, leaving gaps.
  • Sprinkle sugar on top if desired.
  • Bake for 35–45 minutes, until topping is golden and filling is bubbling.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
