This Turkey Cranberry Croissant Panini is a warm, buttery sandwich filled with tender turkey, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and melted brie or Swiss cheese, all pressed inside a flaky croissant. Ingredients

2 large croissants, sliced in half

1 ½ cups cooked turkey breast, sliced

¼ cup cranberry sauce

4–6 slices brie cheese or Swiss cheese

½ cup baby spinach or arugula (optional)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Instructions

Preheat a panini press or heat a skillet over medium heat.

Lightly butter the outside of each croissant half.

Spread cranberry sauce evenly on the inside of the bottom halves.

Layer sliced turkey over the cranberry sauce.

Add brie or Swiss cheese on top of the turkey.

Add a handful of spinach or arugula if desired.

Close the croissant with the top half.

Place the sandwich in the panini press and cook for 3–5 minutes, until golden and the cheese is melted.

If using a skillet, press gently with a spatula and cook 2–3 minutes per side until crisp and heated through.
