Description

A refreshing 3-ingredient Watermelon Slushie that’s hydrating, naturally sweet, and perfect for hot summer days. Quick to make, vegan, and free from added sugar—ideal for kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh seedless watermelon, chopped and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes, remove any seeds, and freeze on a parchment-lined tray for 2–3 hours until solid.
  2. Transfer frozen watermelon cubes to a blender.
  3. Add fresh lime juice and ice cubes.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy in texture.
  5. Taste and adjust lime juice if needed.
  6. Serve immediately in chilled glasses and enjoy.

Notes
