Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh seedless watermelon, chopped and frozen
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into cubes, remove any seeds, and freeze on a parchment-lined tray for 2–3 hours until solid.
- Transfer frozen watermelon cubes to a blender.
- Add fresh lime juice and ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy in texture.
- Taste and adjust lime juice if needed.
