Description

Whipped Dalgona Coffee Mocha is a fun and decadent twist on the viral whipped coffee trend, combining a rich chocolate milk base with fluffy whipped instant coffee topping. This easy-to-make drink is perfect served hot or iced and delivers a bold, café-style mocha experience at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup or melted chocolate (optional)
  • Ice (optional, for iced version)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in equal parts (2 tbsp each).
  2. Whip the mixture using a hand whisk, electric mixer, or milk frother until it becomes light, frothy, and forms stiff peaks.
  3. In a serving glass, heat the milk if making a hot drink, or pour it over ice for a cold version.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder and chocolate syrup or melted chocolate into the milk until fully dissolved.
  5. Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the chocolate milk base.
  6. Optionally drizzle more chocolate syrup over the top for garnish.
  7. Serve immediately. Stir before drinking to combine the layers.
