Description

Witch Hat Cookies are an easy, no-bake Halloween treat made with chocolate cookies, frosting, and Hershey’s Kisses. Fun to make and even more fun to eat, they’re the perfect festive snack for kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

  • 24 fudge stripe cookies (or any flat chocolate cookies)
  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses (milk chocolate or preferred flavor)
  • 1/2 cup colored frosting (orange, purple, green, etc.)
  • Optional: Halloween sprinkles, edible glitter, candy stars

Instructions

  1. Unwrap the Hershey’s Kisses and set aside.
  2. Place frosting in a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
  3. Flip each fudge stripe cookie upside down so the chocolate-coated side is facing up.
  4. Pipe a small circle of frosting in the center of each cookie.
  5. Press a Hershey’s Kiss onto the frosting to secure it to the cookie.
  6. Pipe a small ring of frosting around the base of the Kiss to create the hat band.
  7. Add sprinkles or other decorations while the frosting is still soft, if desired.
  8. Let the cookies sit at room temperature until the frosting sets before serving or packaging.
