Description

Ingredients

  • 200g (7 oz) white chocolate
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 200g (about 1/2 can) sweetened condensed milk
  • Gold food coloring or edible gold dust

Instructions

  • Melt white chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in sweetened condensed milk until thick and fully combined.
  • Let the mixture cool slightly until firm enough to handle.
  • Scoop portions and shape into small egg forms using your hands.
  • Place eggs on a lined tray and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.
  • Once set, brush or dust with edible gold coloring for a golden finish.
