Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Crush pretzels into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  • Prepare a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and pretzel crumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip into the egg, then coat thoroughly in the pretzel mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  • Arrange chicken tenders in a single layer without overlapping. Lightly spray the tops.
  • Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes
