- ¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the cream if using fresh cream, and add vanilla extract.
- Add sliced strawberries and drained fruit to the bowl.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and optional shredded coconut.
- Gently crush the meringue nests and fold them into the mixture.
- Add custard if using and gently combine without overmixing.
- Taste and add powdered sugar if additional sweetness is desired.
- Spoon into serving bowls or glasses.
- Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
