Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add eggs, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in rolled oats, baking powder, and salt until fully combined.
- Gently fold in raspberries without crushing them.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the top is set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
