Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 500g ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 4 tostada shells or 1 cup tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce or queso
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread nacho cheese sauce in the center.
- Add a portion of cooked beef over the cheese.
