This easy beef crunch wraps recipe is perfect for quick dinners, meal prep, or fun family meals inspired by classic fast-food favorites.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 4 tostada shells or 1 cup tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce or queso
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and spread nacho cheese sauce in the center.
  • Add a portion of cooked beef over the cheese.
  • Place a tostada shell or tortilla chips on top for crunch.
  • Spread sour cream over the crunchy layer.
  • Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  • Fold edges of the tortilla inward to form a sealed wrap.
  • Heat a skillet with oil or butter and place the wrap seam-side down.
  • Cook until golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side. Serve warm.
